Michka, Esugen Enkhsuren is a London born artist studying Fine Art at the University of Oxford, Ruskin School of Fine Art being based in Christ Church college.

As a graduate of The King’s Foundation Year, her visual and literary work muses on intra-psychic material threading her British-Mongolian Khalkha heritage, tracing memory, trauma, the Mongolian diaspora in a post USSR age, the feminine sphere, time, mortality, and poetry. Through this ritual found in the process of textile and oil, she believes it is an existential medium which attempts to bridge the then and the now – opening up a platform of ontological wonder.
